How do we get started?
As per all new relationships, we’ll agree upon a contract, laying out the standard terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
The work we produce for yourselves will be completely confidential. On rare occasions we may ask to display examples for case studies, but we’ll only do so with your consent.
What if someone else has asked to work on the same tender / pitch?
We’ll only work on a tender/pitch for one customer, on a first come first serve basis, whilst adhering to our strict confidentiality policy.
How will I receive my files?
Typically we’ll provide images as individual jpeg or png files. These will be optimised for digital usage, meaning reduced files sizes for fast loading without any loss in quality. If you require high-resolution, print quality images, please contact us in advance.
What’s your turnaround time?
Depending on the project and current schedule, we aim to complete all jobs within 24-48 hours.
What about payment?
Payment can be made by via various methods. We’d prefer and recommend payment by/via bank transfer. If payment via bank transfer is a problem, we accept other methods of payment. Please contact us for details.
How long do edited visuals get stored for?
We store the completed final files for 3 months before they are deleted, to make room for your next project.
